When will I receive the item/s I ordered?

We know how exciting it is to receive Artsi Patsy products immediately! Depending on your designated shipping address, shipping may take approximately 2 to 3 weeks from the date of the order’s fulfillment. It can also be as early as 1 week depending on your location!

Please consider, though, that there are instances of high order volume such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Thanksgiving, and the Holidays. Turnaround time for shipping may be longer during these instances.

Does the product have any Guarantee or Warranty?

Shop wise and at ease at Artsi Patsy! For your full satisfaction, we provide you with a 30-DAY NO-QUESTIONS-ASKED Return Policy. You can send a product back to us within 30 days from the date of delivery, and we will readily offer you a refund or a replacement without any question.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes for the items I purchased?

As required by law, Artsi Patsy states the full value of your order for customs purposes. Most of our customers have had no issues with packages being stuck at customs. Customs policies and import duties, however, do vary by country. Thus, we recommend that you check with your local customs to be sure.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is successfully processed, you will be notified via email with a tracking number and a link where you can personally track your parcel at any time. Enjoy a hassle-free tracking process!

  3. In the next page, you will be asked for your SHIPPING INFORMATION and PAYMENT DETAILS. You can choose between completing your order via your PAYPAL account or your DEBIT/CREDIT CARD information. Once confirmed, your purchase is DONE!

You will be given an ORDER NUMBER immediately after your purchase. Always take note of this number for your future reference.
