Return Policy

Get the best out of all our online offers! We at Artsi Patsy only ensure your 100% satisfaction and happiness. If our items don't meet your needs, we have a return policy for up to 30 days, no questions asked. 

Refund requests should meet these conditions to be approved: Complete, in the same packaging, unused, same condition as how you received it with all tags all intact. To avoid a hassle and long process, we advise you to submit your proof of purchase or receipt to complete your return. 

Please do note not to send the items back to the manufacturer. Kindly take note that the buyer will be the one to bear all shipping costs and proper tracking number for the parcel. If you fail to give the proper tracking number, We shall not be responsible for any parcel missing.

Do take note that we consider some items as non-returnable/non-refundable. If items are:

Damaged Goods

You may send us an email with proof (attached pictures/videos) to hello@artsipatsy.com if you receive a damaged item due to transit. Proof of damage via videos/images is required for us to be able to assess damage accordingly. We will provide you with the relevant options available for you. Most of the time, we will provide you with a replacement of the damaged product/s.
